Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed after the order cut-off time of 5:00 PM (GMT+1) will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

We offer fixed-rate shipping worldwide.

• Denmark: €200 shipping fee
• Worldwide Shipping: €200 shipping fee

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are applied to every order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours after the shipment is dispatched.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Pinllab is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
